If you have decided that you want to work with us, and we can decorate your home together with unique, high-quality kitchen furniture, or equip it with windows and doors, the first step is to contact us at one of our contacts and ask us for a quote.

In order to get an accurate quote, please also attach the architectural plans. After your request, we will send you our offer within 48 hours.

For the final, accurate price offer, a phone consultation is also necessary, so that we can specify the technical content you envision and the raw materials used. In the case of windows and doors, built-in furniture, kitchen furniture, stairs, and wall coverings, an on-site inspection and personal assessment is definitely required, which is carried out by our experienced colleagues at a pre-arranged time.

If you accept our offer, the next step is to conclude a contract with you. After signing it and receiving the advance payment, the production process starts.

During the production process, we consult with you several times, or with the contact person or construction manager appointed by you.

In the case of an ongoing construction it is necessary to coordinate with other trades, for instance we must check the dimensions of the wall openings to be able to produce windows, doors with correct measurments. In the case of built-in furniture and kitchen furniture, we need to know the final location of fittings, stone coverings, etc.

After the production is finished, the completed doors and windows and furniture can be checked in our factory. If the manufactured products have been accepted, we issue the final invoice. We can only start the delivery and installation of doors and windows and individual furniture when the final invoice is settled.

The next step is to start the installation at a pre-arranged time. The installation service will be invoiced separately after it has been checked and accepted by the Customer.
